2024 brings a close to the National Women’s Empowerment Ministry and The Red Dress Brunch. We are undergoing a transformation and taking on a new brand called the Girls Lounge Network. Additionally, we are introducing a new event called the Little Black Dress Gala.

From Red to Black, The Little Black Dress Gala will be an annual charity event created to serve women and girls. The event is used to support the Ydennek Girls Who Lead Foundation and promote mentorship and sponsorship amongst women. The event aims to impact women and girls by providing scholarships for high school and college students and mini-grants for women pursuing professional certifications and professional development.

The organization also aims to support the growth and development of women of color in their businesses and careers. The Girls’ Lounge network will provide a wide variety of networking, mentorship, and sponsorship initiatives aiming to support the pay gap for women of color.

Continuing in the legacy created with the Red Dress Brunch Awards, the Little Black Dress Galas will be a gift to all women who attend.
