Eleshia V. Cash

 

 

A Sought after Speaker, Collaborator, Trainer, Blogger, Women’s Empowerment Champion, and Spiritual Motivator Eleshia V. Cash is the CEO of Jackson HR & Administrative Services LLC, Ydennek Girls Who Lead, and Founder Of The National Women’s Empowerment Ministry.

Eleshia is a ministerial, educational, and leadership visionary. She received her license to minister and was ordained to pastor in 2009. Currently,Pastor Eleshia serves as Executive Pastor along side her husband, Senior Pastor Tony Cash of Global Leadership Christian Center. She has an outstanding gifting in business and church administration. Her favorite Proverb is “Your Success Depends on Preparation, So Prepare.” Eleshia has a dynamic call to women's ministry and she leads with both passion and grace.

She has hosted various Women's Empowerment Conferences, Workshops, Networking Events and Worship Nights. Annually Eleshia host a community "Red Dress Brunch" with 200 women attending as she and her organization honors women for their contribution to the community, respective career and faith based community. Her desire is to walk in spiritual leadership, live by example, and encourage women, young and old to be Godly women of character, that use their education, gifts, and talents to impact the world.

Eleshia has been married to Senior Pastor Tony Cash for 16 years and together they have two children, Jackson and Kennedy. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of West Georgia, a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Troy University, and is also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. 

 

Eleshia is a visionary role model and has written several articles surrounding women's empowerment, women networks and networking for women, equal pay for women, gender equality, collaboration for women and much more. She is the author of the Little Red Networking Book, A Women's Empowerment Edition. The growth of women in leadership, politics, business, non- profits and ministry have been dynamic and Eleshia is looking forward to adding and influencing this cause.
